We require you to supply us with a seamless repeating pattern which is ideally at least 300dpi to ensure clear printing. We can still print lower quality files, however our printer can only produce a quality image if the digital file is clear.

After placing your order, please email us with your order number and the image to be printed.
 
Another great way to transfer images is to send us a download link to your Google Drive or Dropbox location as emailing print quality images can be quite large and not go through or your email program resizes them and reduces the quality.
 
Artwork sent to us will only be used for the purposes of printing your custom paper, we will not re-sell or re-use your designs.

60cm – folded and posted in a rigid envelope
1 metre - folded and posted in a rigid envelope
2 metres – printed as 2 x 1 metre pieces and folded and posted in a rigid envelope
3 metres – printed as 3 x 1 metre pieces and folded and posted in a rigid envelope
4 metres – printed as 4 x 1 metre pieces and folded and posted in a rigid envelope
5 metres – printed as 5 x 1 metre pieces and folded and posted in a rigid envelope

Once your order is placed, we generally print the same or next day (business days) and send out to you shortly after. Depending on what time your order comes in, we may need to hold it for a few hours to allow the inks to dry before posting it out, so it may not make it in the post for the same day.
